Since joining Nyandarua National Polytechnic, Joseph has been an active member of the Scouting Club, earning several awards for his exceptional performance. His message to fellow trainees, especially those living with disabilities, is to believe in themselves and remain confident that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to.

According to Mr. Nahashon Kamemia, a trainer at the Polytechnic, the institution is firmly committed to fostering an inclusive environment, ensuring that all trainees, regardless of their abilities, have equal opportunities to learn, participate, and excel.
Ms. Njambi Gichure, the Scouts Coordinator, noted that Joseph taught her valuable lessons on engaging persons with disabilities respectfully, with their consent, and ensuring equal opportunities when assigning roles.

To all our trainees living with disabilities, your possibilities are endless.
