The Institution’s Heads of Departments and Heads of Sections recently held a successful 2-day retreat at Sabai Suites, Naivasha. The retreat provided a valuable platform for reflection, collaboration, and strengthening of institutional leadership.
During the sessions, key management and leadership skills were embedded, focusing on effective decision-making, teamwork, communication, and strategic planning. Participants also engaged in discussions aimed at enhancing service delivery and aligning departmental goals with the institution’s vision.
The retreat was led by our Chief Principal, Dr. Jane Gitau, who emphasized the need for strong leadership, accountability, and professionalism in driving institutional excellence. She highlighted the importance of good governance, adaptability, and a shared commitment towards continuous improvement.
